Cinnamon Sugar Plantain Chips
Ingredients
2 plantains, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil
2 tablespoons Wildtree Hearty Oatmeal Mix-In: Sugar & Spice

Method of Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Toss the plantain slices with the Grapeseed Oil and Sugar & Spice until all surfaces are coated. Spread the plantains in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until plantains start to brown and turn up slightly around the edges. Allow the chips to cool slightly before transferring them to a dish. They will crisp up during cooling.
